TERMS AND CONDITIONS DELIVERY § Arteco’s plaques are all made to order therefore cast aluminium plaques are normally ready for delivery in 3 - 5 weeks and timber and glass plaques are normally ready for delivery in 2 - 3 weeks, but Arteco doesn’t guarantee it. Overseas taxes, Customers outside Australia are responsible for any import duties or tax that might be levied by there own country. Importation permissions from appropriate authorities are also the customer’s responsibility. WARRANTY § Arteco will provide a one (1) year limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in materials and workmanship. Arteco must be notified in writing within one (1) year of the delivery date. Arteco will determine if the product is faulty. Warranty does not cover vandalism, misuse and alterations made by the customer. Warranty is limited to the cost of the product only. Arteco at its own discretion may repair or replace a defective plaque. § Slight irregularities in the surface of sand cast aluminium plaques may be seen. This is not a fault but proof of the traditional manufacturing methods and are not considered a defect of the product. STATUTORY RIGHTS § These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights. PRICES § All prices include 10% GST. § Prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT § All plaques remain the property of Arteco until payment is received in full. § Payment is in Australian Dollars. § Personal/Bank cheques are to be made payable to Arteco. § Payment is required in full before delivery. § Orders are not placed into our manufacturing process until we receive payment in full.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES § Changes to orders may incur additional costs, customers will be advised of the amount. § Cancellations are subject to material costs and labour to the time of cancellation. § Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
GENERAL § Arteco retains the copyright to all our completed plaques. § All plaque measurements quoted are approximate. § With any hand painting on cast plaques we will endeavour to paint in the colours requested however we do not offer refunds if the customers does not like the commissioned art work on the sign due to personal taste. If the customer does not state motif colour it will be painted standard colours § Holes are drilled in the most suitable position unless requested to the contrary on the order form.
PRIVACY § Arteco will not pass on any personal details to any third parties.
